Hire Microsoft system audit and assessment expertise from Tripearltech to investigate recurring issues, review an inherited implementation or plan improvements before further investment. We agree the review objectives and access requirements so the assessment addresses your specific concerns.

A system audit can cover application configuration, process fit, data quality, permissions, integrations, performance indicators and support practices. It is a scoped technical and operational assessment, not a statutory audit, certification or guarantee of regulatory compliance.

01

Assessment planning

Set the questions and boundaries.

We define the systems, review areas, stakeholders and available evidence. Read-only access is preferred where practical, and any active tests or production changes require separate agreement.

Assessment scope · Evidence request
02

Configuration & process review

Check whether setup supports the intended work.

We review agreed configuration and workflows against documented requirements and current business practices. Findings distinguish design gaps, unused features and process inconsistencies.

Configuration findings · Process observations
03

Data & integration review

Identify weaknesses in information flow.

We assess selected data-quality indicators, interface behavior and reconciliation practices. The review can identify ownership gaps and recurring exceptions that affect business confidence.

Data observations · Interface risks
04

Access & governance review

Examine responsibilities and controls.

We review scoped roles, administrative ownership, environment practices and approval processes. Observations are documented against the agreed assessment criteria; specialist security testing is separately scoped.

Access observations · Governance recommendations
05

Performance & operations review

Look at the evidence behind recurring issues.

We examine available metrics, logs, incident patterns and workload assumptions. Findings distinguish observed symptoms from confirmed causes and identify where further investigation is needed.

Operational findings · Investigation priorities
06

Prioritized remediation roadmap

Make the report useful for action.

Each finding records evidence, business impact and a recommended next step. We discuss priority, ownership and dependencies so the assessment can feed a realistic improvement backlog.

Findings register · Remediation roadmap

A measurable business case

Define the improvement.
Make the progress visible.

Use a baseline and agreed measures to evaluate system audit. These examples illustrate how to frame the opportunity.

Actionable findings100%

Of confirmed findings assigned a next step

A report-quality target can require a recommendation and proposed owner for every confirmed finding.

What enables it

A structured findings register and stakeholder review.

Assessment breadth6areas

An example review framework

Configuration, processes, data, access, integrations and operations can form six agreed assessment areas.

What enables it

An explicit scope tailored to the environment, not a universal audit claim.

Recurring effort10hrs

Monthly effort in a sample remediation case

Resolving a cause that consumes 30 minutes on 20 occasions a month could release ten hours.

What enables it

Evidence-led prioritization followed by separately approved remediation.

Illustrative calculations and planning targets, not verified client results or guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on the agreed scope, baseline, dependencies and actions taken. The examples are not contractual service commitments.

Ask our service team ↗
Have a specific timeline?

Include your target date and any dependencies in your enquiry so we can assess the required approach.

01Is this a statutory or regulatory compliance audit?

No. This service is a scoped technical and operational system assessment. It does not provide statutory assurance, regulatory certification or a guarantee that all security or compliance issues have been identified.

02Will you make changes to production during the audit?

A review normally starts with agreed evidence and appropriate access. Active testing or configuration changes require explicit scope and authorization. Remediation is not silently performed as part of an observation.

03What information do you need to begin?

Useful inputs include the system inventory, architecture, known issues, relevant process documentation and available operational records. We agree access and evidence requirements after defining the assessment scope.

04Can you audit a system implemented by another provider?

Yes. We can assess an existing environment subject to sufficient access and information. Findings are based on available evidence and current requirements rather than assumptions about the original delivery.

05Does the service include penetration testing?

Penetration testing is not implied by a system audit. If specialist security testing is needed, its objectives, methods, permissions and qualified delivery arrangements must be scoped separately.

06Will you fix the issues identified in the report?

We can discuss a separate remediation engagement or provide the findings to your internal team. The assessment report prioritizes recommendations; implementation effort and responsibilities are agreed separately.

07Can we hire Tripearltech for system audit across multiple locations?

Yes. From Ahmedabad, India, Tripearltech works with global organizations. For system audit, we agree stakeholders, time-zone overlap, communication channels and location-specific requirements during scoping. Delivery arrangements and availability are confirmed in the engagement.

08Which Microsoft platforms can this engagement cover?

The service can be scoped around Business Central, Power Apps, Microsoft Azure, Power BI. We assess your specific versions, architecture, dependencies and requirements before confirming the work. A platform name alone does not imply that every possible task is included.

09What should we share in our initial enquiry?

Tell us which platform you use, your main system audit priority, current challenges, expected timeline and the stakeholders involved. A high-level description is enough to start. Share sensitive technical or commercial information only through an agreed channel after the scope is discussed.

10How are the engagement cost and timeline agreed?

The proposal for system audit depends on scope, complexity, required expertise, dependencies and working arrangements. Tripearltech agrees deliverables, assumptions, responsibilities and commercial terms with you before work begins. Illustrative figures on this page are not quoted client results or guaranteed outcomes.
