One platform. A clearer picture.

Less disconnected work.
More connected business.

Dynamics 365 Business Central is built for small and midsize organizations. Tripearltech helps growing companies and subsidiaries assess the right fit across processes, complexity and future plans.

01

Finance you can follow

Connect your general ledger, receivables, payables, cash flow and fixed assets. Use dimensions to understand performance by department, project or business line and build a more controlled period-end process.

02

Sales through to fulfilment

Manage quotes, sales orders, pricing, invoicing and returns alongside stock and customer information. Give sales and finance a shared view of the transaction instead of separate spreadsheets.

03

Purchasing with visibility

Bring purchase orders, vendor records and replenishment planning together. Use demand and availability to support purchasing decisions and configure approvals around your responsibilities.

04

Inventory & warehouse control

Track items, locations and stock movements with lot or serial tracking where configured. Align receiving, picking and shipping with the warehouse processes your operation actually needs.

05

Projects with financial context

Plan resources, budgets and costs; capture time and connect purchasing to project delivery. Compare actuals with expectations so project managers can investigate margin changes earlier.

06

Manufacturing & service

With Premium licensing, connect production orders, bills of materials, routings and capacity planning, or manage service orders and contracts. Validate advanced industry requirements during discovery.

07

Reporting & business insight

Bring financial and operational information into reports and analysis. Agree the measures, dimensions and data ownership first, then use connected analytics where teams need a broader view.

08

A foundation for growth

Plan company structures, currencies and location-specific requirements around your operating model. Validate available localizations, tax needs and intercompany scenarios for each rollout.

09

AI with a practical purpose

Assess available Copilot capabilities against specific user tasks. Review feature availability, data permissions and output quality, and keep people accountable for business decisions.

Fit comes before configuration.

Essentials covers core business management; Premium adds manufacturing and service management. Enterprise-scale complexity, country requirements and specialist processes need a separate fit and licensing assessment.

Designed around real work

Find the bottleneck.
Build a better way through it.

The value of ERP depends on the process it improves. Here is how Business Central can support common industry needs, with specialist extensions where the standard application is not enough.

01 / INDUSTRY APPLICATION

Distribution & trading

The challenge

Stock information arrives too late. Purchasing and sales work from different assumptions.

The way forward

Connect availability, replenishment, order processing and warehouse activity. Use shared item data and exception reviews to reduce avoidable re-entry and support more reliable fulfilment.

02 / INDUSTRY APPLICATION

Machine manufacturing

The challenge

Production priorities, component availability and costing become difficult to coordinate.

The way forward

Use Premium manufacturing for BOMs, routings, production and capacity planning. Evaluate engineering changes and advanced scheduling requirements separately; bring planners and finance into the same review.

03 / INDUSTRY APPLICATION

Engineering & project businesses

The challenge

Purchasing commitments, time entries and project costs are scattered across teams.

The way forward

Connect project budgets, time, resource use and purchasing to financial reporting. Assess extensions for complex EPC contracts, subcontracting or industry-specific billing.

04 / INDUSTRY APPLICATION

Chemical & process businesses

The challenge

Batch visibility, inventory records and costing do not line up with operational needs.

The way forward

Start with lot tracking, inventory and finance, then assess specialist extensions for formulation, quality and process manufacturing. Validate regulatory needs and industry controls rather than assuming standard ERP covers them.

05 / INDUSTRY APPLICATION

Professional services

The challenge

Teams struggle to connect delivered work, resource costs and customer billing.

The way forward

Use project budgets, time capture and invoicing to create a more consistent financial trail. Assess advanced utilization and resource planning needs during solution design.

06 / INDUSTRY APPLICATION

Retail & commerce

The challenge

Online orders, physical stock and back-office finance drift apart.

The way forward

Design commerce and stock synchronization around the channels you operate. Evaluate supported connectors, POS extensions, returns and settlement reconciliation before committing to a rollout.

Let’s talk about your business ↗
What is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?

Business Central is an ERP application that connects finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and other business processes. It is designed primarily for small and midsize organizations, with additional manufacturing and service management capabilities in the Premium edition.

Is Business Central right for a business of our size?

Headcount alone does not decide ERP fit. Tripearltech assesses transaction volumes, companies, countries, process complexity, integration needs and growth plans. Business Central can suit growing organizations and subsidiaries; more complex enterprise requirements may point to another Dynamics 365 application.

What Business Central services does Tripearltech provide?

We support solution assessment, licensing planning, implementation, migration, AL development, integration, user training and ongoing support. The scope and responsibilities are agreed around your current system, priorities and internal capabilities.

How long does a Business Central implementation take?

The timeline depends on scope, data readiness, integrations, extensions and the availability of your process owners. We estimate the delivery plan after discovery and identify which dependencies you need to resolve. A phased rollout can reduce the amount of change introduced at once.

Can we migrate from Dynamics NAV or another ERP?

Yes, a migration can be planned after assessing the source system and its data. We agree the records and history to move, map fields, cleanse data and run trial migrations. Finance and business owners reconcile the results before approving the final cutover.

What is the difference between Essentials and Premium?

Essentials provides core business management capabilities. Premium adds manufacturing and service management. User roles and additional products also affect licensing; we assess requirements against Microsoft’s current licensing terms before recommending an edition.

Can Business Central connect to Microsoft 365 and our other systems?

Business Central supports Microsoft 365 experiences and integration with the wider Microsoft ecosystem. Third-party connections depend on available connectors, APIs and the target system. We review security, data ownership, synchronization frequency and exception handling as part of the integration design.

Do we need custom development for our industry?

Not every requirement needs custom code. We first assess standard configuration, then suitable extensions, and develop only where there is a justified gap. Process manufacturing, specialized quality management, complex EPC contracts and advanced retail scenarios often require additional evaluation.

How do you prepare our team and support the system after go-live?

We use role-based training, business scenario testing and internal champions to prepare users. At launch, support ownership and escalation routes are agreed. Ongoing support, update planning and optimization are defined in the engagement rather than assumed to be included automatically.

What should we prepare before speaking with Tripearltech?

Bring a short description of your current systems, the processes causing difficulty, business locations, approximate user roles and intended outcomes. You do not need a complete specification. Our ERP implementation guide can help you identify owners, data risks and decisions for the first conversation.
